Project Manager/Estimator | $75k-$85k/yearly

Monday-Friday (Friday's half days)

This role is for the professional who enjoys the thrill of the "win" during the bidding process and the satisfaction of seeing a project through to the final walk through. Responsibilities:

• Conduct preciseprojectrevenue and cost forecasting for company profitability.
• Lead estimating efforts and ensure a consistent bid-to-build process.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage resources effectively to meetprojectdeadlines.
• Develop comprehensiveprojectplans and foster strong client relationships.
• Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.

Requirements:

• Preference for an industry-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling, estimating, Bluebeam Revu software, and industry practices.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and construction knowledge essential.
