Enterprise Risk Analyst

This position is located at our corporate office in South Sioux City, NE and offers relocation to the Siouxland area.

Are you an experienced Enterprise Risk Analyst or Internal Auditor who is ready to take the lead and make a meaningful impact? In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, strengthening internal controls, and influencing key business decisions across the company.

• Partner with leaders across the business to identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks
• Strengthen and evolve internal control frameworks, including SOX and MAR
• Recommend mitigation enhancements and monitor remediation efforts
• Guide discussions on risk indicators and emerging trends
• Build and deliver presentations to senior leadership and areas of the business
• Provide insights and documentation for internal and external auditors
• Train and mentor internal teams to elevate ERM understanding
• Ensure transformation and technology initiatives align with risk and compliance expectations

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (CPCU, ARM, CRM, CPA, CISA, etc.) are valuable
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, or auditing
• Strong command of risk assessment methodologies and financial control frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and recommend action
• Confidence in leading conversations, driving accountability, and shaping risk culture
