Position: Manager, Project Office (On-site)

You'll develop and mentor high-performing analysts and product leaders while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, deliver innovative solutions, and maximize business outcomes. What You'll Do
  • Lead the Connection Between Strategy, Technology, and Business Results
  • Coach and develop a team of Senior Business Analysts and Product Owners.
  • Establish priorities and ensure alignment between business goals, product roadmaps, and project initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Drive effective requirements gathering, solution design, prioritization, and delivery planning.
  • Guide teams through complex business and technology initiatives while removing obstacles and promoting accountability.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments and serve as a trusted advisor on business transformation efforts.
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, product management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring solutions are well understood, adopted, and delivering intended value.
  • Monitor team performance, project outcomes, and key success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience leading complex business, technology, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum and traditional project environments.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities while driving execution and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams responsible for enterprise business applications, digital transformation, or technology modernization efforts.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), CBAP, or similar certification.
  • Experience with in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile PM toolsets such as Atlassian suite, Smartsheet, or tools a plus.
