Job Type: Full‑time

Hours: Monday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:30 am – 5 pm, Thursday 7:30 am – 8 pm, off Friday.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Siouxland Community Health Center of Nebraska. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, support physicians in a fast‑paced multi‑physician practice, and help maintain efficient clinic flow.

• Assist providers with one‑on‑one patient visits and manage workflow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Schedule appointments and refer patients as needed.
• Triage and address patient phone calls.
• Communicate and document provider orders.
• Document all encounters in the medical records and practice management system.
• Assist with specialty procedures as trained and applicable.
• These functions are not all inclusive.

• Multi‑physician family practice experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) a definite plus.
• Current RN licensure.
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.

Associates degree or higher.

• RN
• BLS
• MANREP
