The eCommerce Techno-Functional Lead will lead the functional analysis, technical design, hands-on development, and end-to-end delivery of scalable B2B eCommerce solutions using Angular/React, Java/Spring Boot, APIs, integrations, and modern web technologies. This person will partner with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, translate business needs and customer journeys into practical solution designs, and create clear technical user stories for engineering teams.

Use Git Hub Copilot, generative AI, and agentic workflows to improve delivery speed, quality, and engineering efficiency.

• Own end-to-end techno-functional delivery, including functional requirements gathering, technical user stories, workflows, solution design, APIs, integrations, estimation, dependencies, technical risk assessment, hands-on development, testing, and release readiness.
• Provide functional leadership and hands-on full stack technical leadership across Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, integrations, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable full stack solutions using Angular, React, Type Script, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Maintain hands-on technical involvement through code and API reviews, prototypes, configuration validation, troubleshooting, defect triage, testing, and release-readiness support.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture standards, secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, scalability, and cloud-ready practices.
• Communicate solution options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, QA, operations, and leadership.
• Embed Git Hub Copilot and responsible AI practices across requirements, coding, testing, documentation, reviews, and troubleshooting; design agentic workflows with guardrails, traceability, monitoring, evaluation, and human oversight.

• 8 years of IT experience, including significant enterprise B2B eCommerce, techno-functional leadership, hands-on development, and end-to-end solution delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on full stack development expertise with Angular, React, Type Script, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, enterprise integration patterns, security, scalability, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Angular and React, plus modern UI development, accessibility, responsive design, API integration, performance optimization, and front-end testing.
• Strong functional requirements gathering, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead both business and technical discussions.
• Practical experience with Git Hub Copilot, generative AI, prompt/context engineering, AI-assisted development, and responsible validation of AI-generated outputs.
