Warehouse Manager - Pepsi - S

Hours: Monday to Friday Start Time:7:00 AM

Salary depends on experience.

The purpose of this role is to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including the supervision of warehouse associates. This position also provides support to the Product Replenishment & Operations Coordinator with safety‑related functions as needed.

• Train, direct, motivate and evaluate warehouse associates while overseeing daily workflow and activities
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and Company safety policies
• Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances
• Collect mileage and hour meter readings for all vehicles and equipment
• Ensure completion of OSHA‑required safety training
• Provide formal training on forklift and pallet jack operation in accordance with OSHA standards
• Set up new products and maintain accurate pick locations
• Count and verify incoming product from daily routes as needed
• Prepare and communicate information regarding out‑of‑date product
• Complete end‑of‑day procedures, including preparing handheld devices for next‑day deliveries
• Participate in interviews for open warehouse positions
• Secure the facility at the end of each day
• Perform warehouse tasks, such as picking, operating forklifts, and moving trucks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Ability to obtain valid forklift and pallet jack certifications
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and exercise sound judgment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to clearly communicate objectives to associates

Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments. There may be exposure to high indoor temperatures during the summer months. This role may also require long or irregular hours during peak seasons or when assisting with inventory.
