Squeaky Services is looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Residential Operations & Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residential cleaning clients.
  • Answer client calls, emails, and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups after cleanings.
  • Process customer payments and ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Request and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • Schedule and coordinate residential cleaning appointments.
  • Support employee engagement and communication.
  • Assist with employee coaching, training, and problem-solving.
  • Help cover cleaning shifts when employees call off or additional support is needed.
  • Learn and understand all company cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure company standards are met.
  • Perform follow-up calls and outreach to potential clients.
  • Assist with lead generation and sending marketing emails to prospective customers.
  • Create or coordinate a minimum of four social media posts per month highlighting residential services, customer success stories, cleaning tips, team highlights, and before-and-after results.
  • Gather photos, videos, testimonials, and content from completed projects for marketing purposes.
Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous customer service experience (required). Leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable handling customer and employee concerns. Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.
