Responsibilities And Duties
Independently assemble and wire electrical control panels.
- Read and understand electrical AutoCAD wiring schematics thoroughly for BW clients
- Complete control panel independently from start to finish
- Operate all shop equipment proficiently as needed for a required job
- Proficiently prepare wire labels and chicklets
- Proficient with all BW procedures
- Work at a client site when needed
- Ability to independently build complex control panels
- Ability to lead a project when necessary
- Proficient using all hand tools in order to complete panel building work

- power tools
- drills
- Proficient using the following skills to execute your assigned work tasks
- Ability to use email
- Label printing software
- Follow directions
- Ask questions
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics
- Learn and follow BW quality standards for building control panels
- Other duties as assigned
