The Meat Wrapper wraps, boxes and labels fresh cut meat items for distribution. Cleans all production rooms and equipment to meet SSOP and HACCP requirements

Pick and pack orders per customer specification Scan product as directed to capture required data Transport Product and package accordingly utilizing prescribed equipment Sort, organize, repack, palletize, track, weight and break down various products to assist production as needed. Ship and receive product utilizing assigned material handling equipment. Perform various facility sanitation duties as required. Operate assigned production equipment utilized for further processing Complete miscellaneous other duties as assigned by management.

This position could require overtime with or without notice, finish time is when the work is completed.

• Minimum one year production and/or warehouse experience required, preferably in a food environment
• Able to work overtime as needed

Perform various roles including activities such as product receiving and selection, packaging, sorting, reboxing, ,and facility sanitation while adhering to company manufacturing requirements and safety regulations.

Work continually in refrigerated environment 35F- 45

Must be able to work for periods of time in freezer 10F to - 10F degrees

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $25.94-$26.00/hour.
