Yard Laborer

Yard Laborer – South St. Paul, MN

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM

• Manage inventory of rendering containers, including repairs and ordering new containers.
• Prep, assemble, and assist in loading containers onto trucks for delivery to customer sites.
• Organize the container yard and ensure it is free of environmental hazards.
• Maintain yard cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Operate yard material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, etc., to load and unload yard containers.
• Perform other tasks related to yard or delivery operations as needed.

• Valid driver’s license required (Class D minimum).
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.

• Mechanically inclined: ability to set up containers and operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and ownership over tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to operational challenges.

• Primarily outdoors in cold and heat conditions.
• Yard environment and some indoor functions in office or warehouse spaces.
• Must be able to work in both cold and hot temperatures.

• Full‑time position with minimum 40 hours per week.
• Hourly pay of $24.00.
• 3% quarterly bonus.
