Site Operative

Location: Codsall

A small, well-established bricklaying firm working across both domestic and commercial projects is currently seeking a Site Operative to join their team. The role will be based on domestic properties in and around Codsall.

The company has a skilled workforce covering bricklaying, demolition and groundworks, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every project.

The successful candidate will have:

Knowledge of Building Regulation /Codes
Previous site experience (bricklaying preferably but will consider all)
Must have their own tools
Must have thier own transport (a van preferred)
Role responsibilities include working across the full project, including:

Brickwork (skilled, hands-on experience if possible)
Demolition and structural works, including steelwork
Property alterations
Groundworks and excavations
Drainage works
Role details:

Full-time position
Pay rate: £150 – £220 per day (CIS)
