Banner Health seeks an Associate Director RN Inpatient Geriatric Behavioral Health in Tucson, leading up to 50 staff and overseeing unit operations. You will mentor clinical staff, drive quality initiatives, and manage patient care in a high-stakes psychiatric setting.
Required BSN or MSN, current RN license, and two years of clinical management experience;
Arizona fingerprint clearance may be needed. This is a full-time M-F leadership role with on-site responsibilities.
