A fast-growing, boutique full-service tax firm in the Hartford area is seeking a Tax Senior or experienced Reviewer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. • Prepare and review a wide range of returns, including 1040s, 1041s, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and estate filings.
• Work across industries: real estate, construction, family-owned businesses, and more.
• Mentor staff, review complex work, and support client strategy conversations.
• Contribute to a firm culture built on collaboration, quality, and work-life balance.

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's in Accounting (required); CPA or EA license (preferred or in progress).
• Hands-on experience with CCH Axcess or Pro Systems (a plus!).
• A generalist mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.

• $70,000 - $95,000, based on experience
• Year-end bonus potential

• CPA/EA exam support and paid fees
• Work-life balance: 50 hours in season, 40 hours rest of year
