VCA Valley Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of the practice, you will greet clients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and guide pets to exam rooms.
You will also handle payments, discuss services, and support the care team by maintaining records and keeping the reception area neat. Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
