- Supporting each child’s social and emotional development

- Working with classroom teachers and in conjunction with the entire faculty
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
