Elecnor Hawkeye LLC is seeking a Level 1/2 Helpdesk Specialist in Connecticut to support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage tickets and escalations. The role includes deploying and maintaining Azure-based resources, IAM and access controls, and monitoring system performance.
You will collaborate with IT, Dev Ops, and Security teams, document procedures, and assist training. Candidates should have 3–5 years of Windows-based helpdesk experience and a IT/CS degree.
