Role and Location

Production Supervisor – South Windsor, CT

Shift: EWN – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alt Saturday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Full time + Benefits)

This on‑site role will be assigned to the South Windsor location and will focus on ensuring Service Level Agreements with clients are met cost‑effectively while supervising production operations, maximizing throughput, and maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure all SLA with company clients are met cost‑efficiently.
• Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
• Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and labor cost.
• Coordinate resources between departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining high quality.
• Ensure operators have received proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
• Oversee all labor on the production floor to ensure efficient operation.
• Utilize temp agencies to adjust labor levels as volume demands.
• Delegate and ensure all machines have work, minimize downtime, and assign right jobs to right machines.
• Cross‑train associates across production operations to reduce labor costs.
• Plan, monitor, and schedule proper labor to match volume needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• 3 years print maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Quality, Compliance & Risk Management.
• Leadership and people management experience in production & operations management.
