Impact in This Role
Are you a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Production Line Worker (2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2pm
-10:30pm ) to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.
- Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods)
- Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality
- Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive movements
- Occasional use of fine motor skills (e.g., machine operation)
