Pay: $27–$38 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Schedule: Monday–Thursday

We are currently working with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company that is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their growing team on the 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity to join a modern CNC machine shop producing high-precision, complex components for the aerospace and defense industries. You’ll be working with advanced CNC machinery and supporting the production of tight-tolerance components where quality and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
- Perform tooling, work holding, and offset adjustments as required.
- Inspect finished and in-process components using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Work to tight tolerances and maintain high-quality standards throughout production.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist
. - Strong experience with CNC milling and machine setup.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
- Experience working with tight-tolerance components.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work holding.
Experience with in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- $27–$38 per hour
, depending on experience. - Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM.
- 3-day weekend every week.
