We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in the aerospace industry to lead and enhance our quality systems and processes. This role is designed as a succession position, with the expectation that the successful candidate will grow into the Director of Quality role within 2–3 years. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ambition and capability to take on executive‑level responsibilities in the near future.

• Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control functions across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems and processes.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Mentor and develop the quality team, building leadership bench strength.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to long‑term organizational goals.
• Prepare for transition into Director‑level responsibilities, including leadership of broader quality strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing industry.
• Proven knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 required).
• Strong experience with audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• High potential for executive leadership and long‑term growth within the company.
