Locations: South Windsor & Glastonbury (travel between shops required)

, you'll work closely with the Shop Managers to keep the shops running smoothly, support the team, and deliver legendary guest experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fun, values‑driven workplace with real growth and unlimited ice cream.

• Assist the Shop Managers with daily operations
• Support, coach, and motivate scoopers & shift leads
• Help set the standard for amazing guest service
• Support shop goals, community events, and team development
• Float between South Windsor & Glastonbury to support both teams
