SEPHORA in South Windsor, CT is seeking an Operations Associate for a part-time hourly role at the CT-Evergreen Walk store. You will support daily store operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising to uphold Sephora’s client-first standards.
This position requires 1–2 years in retail or similar environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling includes 15–29 hours/week, with some peak-night/weekend shifts.
