This Isn't a Step Back. It's a Step Up. The best sales reps eventually hit a ceiling. They've crushed their quota, built their book, and know they're capable of more—but the org chart doesn't have room to move. Sound familiar?
Dura Serv's Branch Vice President role was built for exactly that person. This is a player/coach position—meaning you don't give up the field when you take the title. 75% of this role is you personally managing and growing a book of business; the other 25% is you developing the sales and service team around you. You don't become a manager who watches from the sidelines—you become the architect of a branch while still closing deals.
This territory is ready to be built. The question is whether you're the one to build it.
South Windsor, CT:
Connecticut is a dense, high-value market with strong commercial and industrial activity across Hartford County and the surrounding region. The South Windsor territory has real runway—and it needs a trailblazer who can assess the landscape, build a strategy, and own the outcome. This is a ground-level leadership opportunity with national backing. You'll have the tools, the team, and the support of a proven organization—territory success will be yours to define.
You'll Own
- 75% — The Player:
Personally manage and grow an assigned book of business—still in the field, still closing, still hunting; build new client relationships with facility managers, GCs, builders, and commercial operators; develop competitive sales strategies; act as the visible face of Dura Serv in the South Windsor market from cold call to contract. - 20% — The Coach:
Lead, develop, and retain a dedicated branch sales team—recruit hunters, cut non-performers, build winning culture; coach reps on the full sales cycle; execute sales programs that push your team to their potential and align with company growth objectives; own P&L accountability—forecasting, budget management, bottom-line performance. - 5% — Operational Oversight:
Manage service team coordination alongside operations leadership in a dual reporting structure.
- A proven sales record that speaks louder than any title.
- Leadership instincts—coach people naturally.
- Hunter mentality—cold calling, prospecting, and territory development are part of your daily work.
- Grit and resilience—treat adversity as a competitive advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solver mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
- Dock or door industry experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Base salary + uncapped commission.
- Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
- Company‑provided life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
- My Personal Health Assistant program.
- Continuous training, professional development, and a direct path to regional leadership for top performers.

This role is not remote or hybrid; on-site leadership and high visibility with clients and teams is required.
