Lead Installer
- Field Supervisor
- Install Manager
- Operations Manager
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and IAQ products
- Perform system startup, testing, and quality verification
- Ensure installations meet company standards and code requirements
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, wiring diagrams, and startup procedures
- Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- EPA Certification
- S2, S1 or D2 Licenses
- NATE Certification
- Leadership or crew lead experience
- Experience mentoring apprentices
- $35–$45/hour based on experience
