$2,500–$5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates

If you have strong residential installation experience and certifications such as EPA or NATE, this role offers excellent pay, year‑round work, a clear path to leadership, and the chance to work with a company focused on quality and customer trust.

This role is part of our Future Install Manager track. High performers can grow into Lead Installer, Field Supervisor, Install Manager, and broader operations leadership roles as we expand.

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Install equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and indoor air quality products.
• Test, start up, and verify system performance, safety, and code compliance.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and mentor apprentice installers.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, wiring diagrams, and startup procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; NATE certification and leadership experience are a plus.
• Ability to satisfy lawful pre‑employment screening requirements, if applicable.
