Performs routine and preventative maintenance on chillers and boilers;
Supports equipment such as chillers, compressors, purge units, cooling towers, pumps/motors, valves, boilers, and large unitary equipment;
Performs major repairs on chillers and boilers;
Follows all EPA guidelines in recovering refrigerant, replacement of components, gaskets, seals and bearings;
Performs boiler inspections and PM teardowns per current state CT code guidelines
