Building Construction Contractors LLC is looking for a skilled commercial carpenter with 10 plus years experience to join our team in South Windsor, CT! We specialize in interior renovations for corporate office spaces and smaller commercial service projects located in Hartford and surrounding areas. We self perform a majority of work and are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be comfortable working in various environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople.

• Performs a wide range of tasks including but not limited to demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, drywall (framing, hanging, taping)
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and project specs
• Collaborate with management to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications

• 10 plus years carpentry experience (
  commercial construction only)
• Must pass background check prior to employment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay starts at $35. per hour and goes up depending on experience, reliability and overall performance
