RCN Capital, LLC. is seeking an AI Agent Research and Development Intern to explore and build AI solutions for our private lending business. The role involves both researching AI landscape and developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio with GPT-4 or Claude APIs. Ideal candidates are pursuing relevant degrees in Computer Science or Data Science, have familiarity with LLM APIs, and strong communication skills.

This position is based in South Windsor, CT, on a standard Monday-Friday schedule.
