Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Location: South Windsor, CT

Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM;
Must be available to work a half-day on Saturdays as needed

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in South Windsor, CT. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in shipping and receiving, is comfortable operating a forklift, and is familiar with major shipping software platforms.

• Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify, inspect, and record received materials and products
• Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling
• Utilize UPS and Fed Ex shipping software to generate labels and track shipments
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving
• Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)
• Proficiency with UPS and Fed Ex shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts

• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
