Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of a well-established company specializing in packaging, warehousing, and distribution services. The company supports a variety of industries by managing inventory, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping operations in a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory by following warehouse procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Steel-toe safety shoes are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pre-employment screening may be required.
