EVENTS COORDINATOR – LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Location: Franschhoek
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 negotiable DOE
Position Type: Live-out
Start Date: Beginning to mid January
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury boutique hotel in Franschhoek seeking a proactive and organised Events Coordinator to join their team.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have formal studies in events management or practical experience assisting with and executing events
Be confident in coordinating events independently and seeing them through from planning to execution
Be well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts
Have strong communication and time-management skills
Be able to take initiative and work efficiently within a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and execution of hotel events
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Ensure events run smoothly on the day and meet brand standards
Provide administrative and operational support throughout the event lifecycle
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Events Manager
