Location: Klerksdorp
Red Cat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATION CLERK for a large, well-established international concern, position based in Klerksdorp, North West Province
Requirements- Grade 12.
- Valid Code 08 drivers license.
- Relevant administrative Certificate or qualification.
- 3yrs+ previous administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced experience on MS Word and MS Excel.
- Experience on ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of accounting.
- Person will be required to oversee and coordinate the administration process on a daily basis, provide administrative support and ensure that the information is received, captured and distributed correctly.
- Processing and reconciling of bulk invoices.
- General administration and human resources duties.
- Administer branch petty cash.
- Stock control.
- Completing administration duties in ERP and other application systems.
- Excellent customer care skills.
