Location: Pinetown
Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to provide bookkeeping and office administrative support within a construction environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
This role will suit a candidate who has strong accounting and administrative skills, is detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, project-driven environment.
Requirements
• Matric
• At least 5 years’ bookkeeping / office administration experience
• Proven experience in construction accounting
• Experience with Foreign Exchange
• Understanding of stock allocation per project and BOQs
• Proficient in Xero or Pastel
• Studying towards Management Accounting will be an advantage
• Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
