Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain staff attendance, HR records, and admin filing systems
• Support onboarding, internal communication, and workplace compliance
• Process and manage online, trade, and retail chain orders
• Pack and dispatch orders to luxury and fragile-handling standards
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with delivery partners
• Update stock on hand and support weekly stocktakes
• Allocate orders and assist with daily studio workflow
• Support quality control checks prior to dispatch
Requirements• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a studio / factory environment
• Computer literate (Shopify or similar systems advantageous)
RequirementsKey Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (preferably in home décor/design).
• Diploma in Interiors/Sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Sage.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong relationship-builder with the ability to spot and develop opportunities.
• Willingness to travel and attend trade shows (e.g., Decorex).
