Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage the switchboard
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Place and manage office supply orders
  • Maintain a neat, organised and professional front-office environment
  • Provide basic support to the wider office team as needed

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance
  • Strong computer literacy
