Personal Assistant – Call Centre Environment
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support management within a fast-paced call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and personal support to management
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
- Assist with reports, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support day-to-day operational tasks as required
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator (call centre experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
