The successful candidate will support branch operations, assist policyholders, and ensure accurate processing of documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Administration Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Providing front-desk and reception support
  • Managing switchboard operations and handling incoming calls
  • Processing documentation, data capturing, and record management

    Scanning, filing, and maintaining client and policy records
  • Delivering professional customer service to policyholders
  • Performing general clerical duties
  • Assisting with petty cash handling where required

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
