A well-established Medical Specialist Practice in Alberton, Gauteng, is seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should be organised, well-spoken, and able to manage a busy medical reception environment with confidence and efficiency.

08:00 – 17:00
Salary: R13 000 – R15 000 gross (depending on experience)

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (specialist practice experience advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills

Professional telephone etiquette - Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient bookings and diary management
- Welcoming and assisting patients professionally
- Managing incoming calls and patient queries
- General administrative and reception duties
- Filing and maintaining patient records
- Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals
The ideal candidate should be well-presented, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism at all times.
