VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd is one of four subsidiaries of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd.

This house of brands supports the agribusiness of the future and conducts its operations with a view to adding value to the industry. VKB Milling operates white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt (Limpopo), a maize and wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort (Free State), and a presence in Mashishing (Mpumalanga).

Job Description

The Data Capturer will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company7s databases and information systems.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years7 admin/data capturing experience.
  • Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrable computer literacy:
    Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Computer skills will be tested during the interview phase.
  • A willingness to work overtime, including weekends when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify that all FICA documents are accurate, complete and contain all necessary information.
  • Communicate daily any discrepancies.
  • Scan and upload all FICA documents to the system, ensuring each document is clear, legible, and correctly named.
  • File all FICA documents in a proper manner after scanning.

  • Attention to detail – handling sensitive information and ensuring accuracy.
  • Confidentiality – adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Organizational skills – manage, scan, and file documents efficiently.
  • Communication skills – communicate clearly with internal teams.
  • Adherence to deadlines – complete tasks within the set time frame.
