Job Title: Filing Clerk (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Contract Duration: 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025
Salary: R7,000.00 per month (Cost to Company)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scanning and filing documents, and supporting reception with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately capture and maintain analysis reports using Microsoft Excel
- Scan, upload, and file documents into the company’s digital and physical filing systems
- Archive documents systematically
- Scan and electronically save data books for internal records
- Assist the Reception area by answering the switchboard and directing calls as needed
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or filing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Reside in or have reliable transport to Benoni
