Job Description This role provides immediate and effective responses to complex administrative requirements in line with established SLA parameters, operating within a high-volume processing environment. Furthermore, this role ensures the seamless delivery of general administrative and secretarial support to the Area Manager and broader management team at the area office.

• Matric with a secretarial diploma (compulsory).
• Proven experience within a secretarial administrative environment (preferably within financial services).
• Fully multi-skilled across products and processes.
• Extensive, relevant experience in providing administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with own transport (compulsory).
