Financial Assistant ​/ Office Assistant

A well-established Interior and home improvement company, is seeking a pro-active and detail-oriented Financial Assistant / Office Support Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide support across financial administration, office operations, and digital marketing activities, making this an exciting and diverse role.

• Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
• Certificate / Diploma or other in Office Administration / Financial Assistant / Personal Assistant / Marketing or equivalent will be advantageous
• At least 2+ years' experience in finance, bookkeeping, administration and digital marketing or a similar role
• Experience with invoicing and quotations
• Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Must have a valid driver's license / Own vehicle
• Computer literate (Good Excel skills) / Accounting softwared / Canva or other graphic designing software (digital marketing)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Professional communication and customer focused
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Creative mindset
• Experience managing social media platforms for a business
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with in the construction, furniture, manufacturing, or home improvement industry
• Willing to travel to client sites
