Position: Administration YES Intern
Location: Somerset West

Our client in Somerset West (Cape Town) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administration YES Intern to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a administrative background to gain valuable experience within a professional and fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities :

• Provide general administrative and operational support to various departments
• Assist with data capturing, filing, and maintaining accurate records
• Support daily office activities and team requirements
• Assist with reports, documentation, and basic research tasks
• Learn and follow company processes and procedures
• Provide support to colleagues as required
• Gain exposure to different business functions and workplace practices

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric completed
• Must be currently unemployed and looking to gain workplace experience
• Must not have participated in a YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme before
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must reside in or close to Somerset West, or be willing to relocate
