Technical Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Administrator to provide administrative support to the technical department. The successful candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, coordinate service activities, maintain documentation, and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide administrative support to the technical department.

• Capture and maintain service reports, job cards, and technical records.

• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments and service calls.

• Process quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering technical parts and consumables.

• Prepare reports and assist with departmental administration.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field (advantageous).

• 2-3 years' experience in a technical or service administration role.

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel).

• Experience using ERP or job management systems is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
