Sales Manager

Location: Bothasig

We are hiring a Sales Manager with a manufacturing/technical/steel background. Position available from Jan/Feb 2026

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of 7 sales reps (internal and external), and ensuring targets are met.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

Solid experience managing/supervising others

Technical sales experience

Manufacturing, steel industry experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Lead and motivate a team of sales reps
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
• Resolve any issues that were escalated from sales reps
