Afton G7 Account Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Internal Liaison:?
  
  Act as the primary link between the Product Manager and KAM (Lubes & Energy) to align sales strategies with customer needs.
• Logistics & Supply Chain:?
  
  Work closely with the logistics team and the CJP shipping department to track inbound purchase orders and confirm ETAs within South Africa.
• Principal Relationship:?
  
  Maintain regular contact with Afton regarding pricing, samples, and day-to-day issues.?
  
  Attend the?
  
  Afton Order Management Meeting?to track incoming shipments.

2. Customer & Order Management

• Order Processing:?
  
  Receive, process, and confirm G7 customer orders timeously and with high accuracy.
• Financial Administration:?
  * Weekly invoicing of Isotainer deliveries.
  • Monthly processing of SGS and Gantrans invoices.
  • Manage and recover demurrage costs for customers like Fuchs and Engen.

3. Stock & Forecast Management

• Inventory Control:?
  
  Manage Stock on Hand (SOH) requirements (2 months on floor, 1 month on water).
• Reporting:?
  
  Attend weekly?
  
  RoR (Review of Requirements)?and?
  
  L&E (Logistics & Execution)?meetings to report on exceptions and stock movement.
• Netstock & Adjustments:?
  
  Scrutinize forecasts against actuals to avoid excess stock or stock-outs.?
  
  Proactively manage slow-moving or redundant stock.

4. Analytical Reporting & Strategy

• Business Reviews:?
  
  Review and prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly business reviews with G7 customers.
• Data Integrity:?
  
  Capture and maintain the G7 Sales-to-Forecast budget report monthly.
• Market Intelligence:?
  
  Identify competitors and acquire knowledge regarding their pricing and sources.
