Location: Boksburg
Our client is looking for a hands‑on Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales and marketing team in Gauteng East Rand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales operations, and a proven track record of growing business and managing people.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Monitor performance, guide the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage budgets, costs, and compliance within company guidelines.
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Regional management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP/ERP systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
