Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Field Guide at Thanda Game Reserve, located in Hluhluwe. The Senior Field Guide will be responsible for leading safari activities, providing wildlife education to guests, guiding game drives, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of wildlife and ecosystems
• Experience in wildlife tracking and interpretation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fgasa Field Guide NQF4, Lead Trails Guide, and other relevant qualifications
• First Aid certifications
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Knowledge of conservation practices and principles
