• Ensure the accuracy and availability of Key Performance Indicators to support efficient production planning and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance data governance by documenting and managing data standards, policies, and adherence to IT architecture.
• Collaborate with IT, analytics, and operational teams to facilitate accurate data collection and availability across platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Manage and control data administration, ensuring data quality and compliance with established rules and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and address potential threats within the designated area.
• Provide timely and effective communication with relevant departments to enable operational efficiency and quality assurance.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by complying with applicable Safety Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

• National Diploma in a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate in Power BI (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate in SQL Database Coding (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within a production environment, with at least 2 years specific exposure to data and database management (Essential/Minimum)
• Experience in the development and testing solutions (2+ years)
• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
• Ability to adhere to IT Governance and architecture standards
