AI Product Manager

We’re on the hunt for an AI Product Manager. As part of our international Business Solutions team, are you passionate about turning AI products into real business value for clients? Do you thrive in environments where you can connect client needs, operations and commercial outcomes? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you.

As an AI Product Manager, you will own AI-enabled products from a business perspective, ensuring they solve real client problems, are successfully deployed into live environments, adopted by users and deliver measurable impact. You’ll work across teams to embed AI into day-to-day operations and continuously improve how our products perform and scale.

If you have the following:

• Experience in product management, operations or performance roles within BPO, CX or similar environments

• Strong ability to translate business problems into practical product use cases

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new products

• Commercial awareness with the ability to link product usage to measurable business outcomes
